We offer individual sessions to improve skills, speed, strength and endurance. Days, times and locations vary based on the needs of the athlete, but we are generally available 7 days a week. Contact us to make arrangements.
We offer group sessions for players of all positions; we generally group kids by age and/or size. Athletes often perform best when competing against others; they also learn from watching others.
