TRAINING PROGRAMS TO IMPROVE SKILLS, SPEED AND ENDURANCE

One of One Training

We offer individual sessions to improve skills, speed, strength and endurance.  Days, times and locations vary based on the needs of the athlete, but we are generally available 7 days a week.  Contact us to make arrangements.

Group Training

We offer group sessions for players of all positions; we generally group kids by age and/or size.  Athletes often perform best when competing against others; they also learn from watching others.

Team Activities

We offer speed and agility training for entire teams, and gladly incorporate specific drills or activities at the request of the coaches.
